If you are not receiving emails from Bink it may be because they are stored in your junk or spam mailbox.
Please follow the steps below to try and help you resolve this:
1. Sign into your email account
2. Go the 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder
3. Check to see if Bink emails are in this folder
4. If you see any emails that should have been delivered to the Inbox folder, select the box on the left of each email to mark and move them out of the 'Junk/Spam' folder.
