Currently, some cards do not flip or present a barcode when they’ve been added manually. These cards have a variety of prefixes for their barcodes, so unless you add the card into Bink by scanning the barcode, we will not know what the correct prefix is to create the correct barcode for you to use at the till.

You can get the checkout operator to manually type in the card number, but if you want the card to flip and the barcode to show, just delete your existing card, then add a new one by scanning the barcode from your actual card or key fob.
